Choosing care for your baby is one of the biggest decisions you'll make as a parent. Our Infant Room is built around one simple promise: your baby will be held, loved, and cared for as if they were our own, in an environment where health, safety, and comfort come first. Visit before the first day so you and your baby can get comfortable.
Our Infant Room teachers receive specialized training in infant feeding practices, Safe Sleep guidelines, and pediatric first aid and CPR. The classroom is designed from the ground up with safety in mind. Bottles and breast milk are properly labeled, stored, and handled. If you have questions about any of our health and safety practices, just ask.
Every baby is different, and our Infant Room honors that. Teachers learn your baby's eating, sleeping, and play patterns from day one, and they partner with you to keep that routine consistent between home and school. We invite you to visit with your baby before the first day so you both feel comfortable with the transition. During the day, we keep you informed about feedings, naps, diaper changes, and milestones.
Your baby's brain is developing faster right now than at almost any other point in life. Our Creative Curriculum®-based approach nurtures that growth through everyday moments of connection — looking, listening, being held, reaching for a toy, hearing a familiar voice. No flashcards, no screens. Just the ordinary care and play that babies use to make sense of the world around them.
Through cuddles, eye contact, and responsive care, your baby learns to form secure attachments. They begin to focus on faces, track movement, and recognize familiar voices. Teachers stay close and answer your baby's cues. Over time, that steadiness builds the confidence and emotional security your child carries into toddlerhood and beyond.
We talk, sing, and read to your baby throughout the day. Teachers narrate everyday moments — the bottle being warmed, the diaper being changed, the walk to the window — and they respond to coos and babbles. Over time, you will see your baby begin to use sounds, then gestures, and eventually words to express what they need.
The benefit shows up at home. A baby who is fed on their own rhythm, rested, and responded to stays calmer through the day. You may notice your baby turning toward your voice sooner, reaching for a familiar face, or settling more easily at bedtime because the routine carried over from school. Those early secure attachments are the groundwork for confidence later — in toddler rooms, in preschool, and beyond.
